All you wankers who don't like sports better vote this topic through, otherwise there will be a sportspocalypse in every other thread on the front page.  Also, I will be voting no.

Yeah, but in Gaggy's case, it sounds more like "Wait, she's a Scientologist? Screw that!" more than "She's done W, X, Y, and Z., what a goofball!" I can see the Cruise issue, but it stems from much more than simply "He's a Scientologist."

There is indeed a school of thought in acting that the most effective acting is playing yourself.  Spencer Tracey famously talked about this, and George Clooney says he follows that model.

I can't fantasize about banging a chick if she's a Scientologist, it just totally ruins it.  I'd rather catch the clap than Scientology.

Witnesses in the house heard Jones say "why did you pee on me Pooh Bear?" A few moments later, the witness heard the son say "Mama you done stabbed me."

But you could fuck Scientology up the ass!

Right. But I don't ever remember Scientology coming up once in an episode of The King of Queens.

All actors are egotistical drama queens.  Otherwise they wouldn't be actors.

Looks interesting but I doubt I'd enjoy it a lot once the novelty wears off. It's more fun to play in a cleverly designed and balanced level than to just run across dunes all the time. Reminds me of Starsiege.

I watched "Rocky Balboa" and was surprised I didn't hate it.  Then again, I'm a huge sucker for sports movies.  There is just something about hearing "Gonna Fly Now" that is irredeemably charming.

The Six that Athena shot was the Boss Six, no?  And not the Baltar six from the brig.  Athena couldn't tell them apart?

the six in the brig is/was baltar's six.

the other blondie six killed by Boss Six was just a another blondie six.  I imagine Athena would have shot any particular six who happened to be holding Hera.

But because Athena is a Cylon, couldn't she tell that the six in her dream is Brig Six and not Boss Six?  She knows they're individuals now, and so Boss Six and Brig Six are unrelated.

Also Brig Six and Head Six (the one in Baltar's head) do not seem to be entirely related.

Razor.

It was good, but I didn't see it as required viewing.  It only added a few small things to the lore, none of which seem to have major relevance.  Yet, at least.

That doesn't have anything to do with anything. She woke up from a crazy dream she keeps having, sees her kid missing, sees her kid in the arms of a 6, and freaks. I'm sure from her perspective as the cylon that rebelled first, they are all the same when it comes to her kid.

And no, the one in balters head is yet an unresolved thing, but the one in the actual brig is the one that was with baltar on Caprica.

According to Crapsifter it's something I said back when they were planning UAC, I think it was probably a jab at Megatokyo although my memory is hazy.

Razor was pretty much stuff that should have happened in season 2 and some season 3 arcs.

Some interesting background on Adama snr, more info on pegasus, a somewhat interesting spin on Gina/Cain which makes her treatement all the nastier.  Cain still ends up coming off as a cardboard cut out tho.

Its still better than a good chunk of season 3, so take that under consideration.

What I always loved about Galactica were the Cylon fighters interior scenes. The glowing robots, the red visors, the voices... great!

I stopped watching BSG, but I fully endorse lwf's opinion based on the evidence I accrued over a season and a half. For me tolerable shitness isn't a percentage of a series, it's a finite quantity that every series must fall below or else the entire fiction is jeopardised thereafter.
