Yeah, Tony Scott is a terrible hack. However, Man On Fire had a few nice tricks, looked swish and was elevated by DenZel's presence and his chemistry with that Fanning girl. Cop-out ending though. Deja Vu, meanwhile, makes me want punch the stupid out of everyone involved. And I've only watched the trailer. (Paging Deadlock: have you got the mp3 of Kermode's show on the 4th December?) |

Yeah Deja Vu looked to me like the kind of movie you download in four or five months just because you're bored and in the mood for some mindless stupid scifi actionfun. It could be a brilliant movie, but jeez that trailer.. Pro Laudo Verum.
