I don't know how to stay on topic here. This thread has been dead for a month, and I'll be damned if I'm going to look back a page to see what it's about. So, elevators. In the continuing saga of stupid people I was on an elevator that stopped at 4, again. Some people got off and I remained. There was a group waiting to get on and some guy made a move for it. The other smart people said, "that's going up", but he didn't listen. He stuck his hand in the door to get on and the smart person had to tell him again.
