Basically it requires items from all 3 ascension areas, which means you either have to play through the 3 areas, or buy the stuff in the mall - then it requires a special item that was part of a 1-time only event. Though it has been mentioned that if there are insufficient of said item, it may become possible to get them again.

It's basically a Cocoabo, which is 1.5x stronger in all effects, and has the occasional toast-firing effect. I'm told it's somewhat rare. Here is a wiki of all the current familiars in the game.

It isn't a Fallout game unless I use my pickpocketing skill to place a ticking dynamite bomb into the pockets of an 8 year old boy.

I don't know how to stay on topic here. This thread has been dead for a month, and I'll be damned if I'm going to look back a page to see what it's about.

So, elevators. In the continuing saga of stupid people I was on an elevator that stopped at 4, again. Some people got off and I remained. There was a group waiting to get on and some guy made a move for it. The other smart people said, "that's going up", but he didn't listen. He stuck his hand in the door to get on and the smart person had to tell him again.
