If you want an ethnicity then fine, it goes like this: Caucasoid (European), Negroid (African), Mongoloid (Asian) and Australoid (Aboriginal).  Pick your column.

Where do native North Americans and South Americans fit into that?

The real reason Asians don't want to be grouped together is they are the most horribly racist people on the face of the planet, particularly towards other asians.

Why would I want to be lumped in the same group as the sexually deprave Japanese, the interbred Koreans who only have six surnames and Islamic fundamentalist Indonesians? Besides, the rest of the Far East Asian cultures are just derivatives of the Chinese.

If I've learned one thing from this board, it's that our friends to the Great White North really, truly believe all the stereotypes floating around out there.

Americans aren't people.

Either that or I think the theory is mongoloids took a jaunt up and over the Bering Strait and down into the Americas.

Mexicans get offed before gringos in flicks, too.

Amen, but you know who usually gets killed first? The fat guy.

Case in point: Cheech Marin.

I cut old people a lot of slack.

Oh, I do.  I cut her all the slack in the world.  It's not really that she's specifically horribly racist, but she's a product of a racist society, and that makes me sad.

Yeah I don't really advertise my mickness too much, unless it is St Patty's day, because it gives me an in with the drunken ladies.

Man, that movie came out like four years ago.  Let it go.  Even complaints about Episode III would be more topical at this point.

I'm ashamed to admit that I'm not just an innocent couch-buddy while my wife watches that show.  I actually enjoy it from time to time as well.  It's very well written and often hilarious, though quite girly and mopey at times (last night, especially).  The suggestion that he take the conversation to the Internet message boards was hilarious.

Oh, I agree there.  I'm going to continue watching it.  I didn't even realize that Ethan Suplee was going to be involved, and he's consistently good.

Wow.  Poor Nadine Velazquez (plays the maid).  She's apparently signed on for House of the Dead 2.  Jaime Pressly was surprisingly good.

Jason Lee still can't act his way out of a wet sack, but he's not bad as Earl. Pretty good show overall.

What's the verdict on Threshold? I thought the premise was good, but the pilot was somewhat meh-tastic. Don't think I'll be watching  that.
